A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, David founded Rickards in 1980 as a broad-based audit, accountancy and financial services firm. He immediately secured his first media client and rapidly established a media specialisation through auditing trading agreements.
Steven is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants who joined Rickards in 2008 from Paramount Pictures. He headed up our Commercial Audit team and now brings his experience to be Director of Client Services. He coordinates Rickards' auditing and consultancy services across our full client portfolio.
Penny joined Rickards in 1985. She looks after all Rickards’ television clients in the United Kingdom and supports the audit team. In her time at Rickards she has been Head of Audit and was primarily responsible for developing two contract management systems.
Rickards recruited Matt in 2007 to develop the Rickards Audit Management (RAM) system. He was previously a systems developer at Channel 4. He assists with all technical issues and is primarily responsible for the ongoing development of RAM. Matt was promoted to Director of Information Technology in June 2014.
Justin joined Rickards in 2005 from a firm of Chartered Accountants. In addition to his auditing duties, Justin is responsible for overseeing and reviewing television, press and radio audits in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.
Hassan has an Accounting degree and joined Rickards in 2007. He has a background in auditing and fraud investigation. He is a key contact for clients across television, radio and press in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. In June 2014, Hassan was promoted to Audit Group Head in recognition of his fine work for the company.
Sally has a Business degree and a background in auditing. She has worked for Rickards since 2007 and audits for press, radio and television. She is a key contact for clients in the United Kingdom and was promoted to Audit Group Head in June 2014 in recognition of her fine work for the company.
Minoli has worked in audit and accountancy for over 10 years, specialising in the media industry. She joined Rickards in 2007 from Omnicom Media Group and her main role includes reviewing audits and preparing reports for all media clients.
Michael has a degree in Economics. With audit and professional services experience from two top accountancy firms, he joined the Commercial Audit team at Rickards at the start of 2013. Michael holds key client responsibilities and audits across television, press and radio.
Amandeep has an Accounting degree and joined Rickards in 2014. With accountancy and media trading systems experience, he is an asset to the Commercial Audit team.
Steve has 35 years’ experience in the media industry. He was Director of Sales at Carlton Television and Head of Trading at Aegis. In both of these posts, he was twice awarded the titles Top Sales Director and Top Media Buyer by Campaign. His key assets are his breadth of industry knowledge and portfolio of contacts.
Caroline has over 30 years’ of experience in media, including Board Director of West Country Television (now ITV), CEO of BARB and Managing Director of Advertising at IPC (now Time Inc.). She has a variety of skills and a breadth of knowledge of the media industry. Caroline is also a member of Women in Advertising and Communications London (WACL) club.
Suzanne has had a long career in the media industry. Her experience includes television sales negotiation, media and event sponsorship, Sales Director of a worldwide media software systems company and Commercial Director at BARB. She uses her relationship management skills to promote Rickards' services and expand client relationships.
Alisha joined Rickards in 1995 and is a key member of the team. Her role includes supporting operations, office management and organising client and staff functions.
Andrew has worked with Rickards since 2007. Making sure the books are balanced is the basis for any business and Andrew ensures this is done with precision.
